These terms cover your use of I Do Wedding Florals ("the service"). By creating an account you agree to them.
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens in your account, including anything your team members do. You must give a real email address so we can reach you.
Your price lists, inquiries, proposals, photos and agreements belong to you. You give us permission to store and display them only so the service can work for you and your couples. You're responsible for the content of your agreements and for following the laws that apply to your business.
After your free trial, the service costs $30 per month, billed in advance through Stripe. You can cancel any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give refunds for partial months.
The optional custom styling service is a one-time setup fee for the work of matching the service to your website. It's charged in addition to the monthly subscription and doesn't replace it: your form and dashboard stay active only while the subscription is.
Don't use the service to send spam, to collect information you aren't allowed to collect, or to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
We work hard to keep the service running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. The service is provided "as is", and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll email account owners before it takes effect.
